"I recently purchased a condominium at 64 Grant Street in Somerville, MA and was instantly impressed with how well done the renovations were. The hardwood floors gleem throughout the unit and the stainless steel appliances are a wonderful accent to a spacious kitchen. The stylish deep sink and space saving dishwasher complete the kitchen, which consistently gets rave reviews from all guests! An extra large washer and dryer are located in a closed room off of the kitchen and this added convenience is nice to have. The huge deck can be accessed through the kitchen as well and will be the location of many summer barbecues and family outings! The modest bathroom, complete with Kohler fixtures and marble floors, is conveniently located and adds a richness to the space. The pedestal sink and oval mirror give the bathroom a "futuristic" look and compliment the rainforest shower head and deep bathtub nicely. In closing, I am very happy to be an owner of one of the units at 64 Grant Street. The close proximity to quality shopping and to Route 93, are definite bonuses and I feel that I am in the perfect place to travel in and out of Boston and Cambridge with relative ease, which is priceless!!Sincerely,Marlon Davis64 Grant St. #2"
"I fell in love with this condo the minute I walked into the unit, I was amazed with the design and amenities that it has to offer. The quality of workmanship is impeccable and the space is well utilized. I especially like the modern kitchen look as well as the recess lighting throughout. I am extremely happy with the property and proud to call it my home!

"I spent an entire day viewing more than 15 Somerville condos and the unit I ended up buying was the first one I saw. From the moment I walked into the units at 108 Heath Street, I knew I had found something special. Heath Street became the benchmark for every other condo I viewed from that point on. Peach Properties did a magnificent job of creating a new and modern condominium while still managing to keep the classic, original features that bring warmth and make it feel like a home. The original hardwood floors, woodwork, and the built-in hutch are just some of the original features that preserve the character of 108 Heath Street. The bathroom has beautiful marble flooring, a deep, marble-topped sink, and sliding clear-glass doors on the shower. I love to cook and when I walked into the kitchen I was sold. It has new hardwood flooring, new light-stained wood cupboards with trim, a small area off the side with new washer, dryer, and wine refrigerator (which I love). All new GE appliances in the kitchen including: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and deep steel sink. The black, sleek, granite countertops are also a great compliment to the quality of the kitchen. The Heath Street units were remodeled by Peach Properties with the attitude that they were moving their family into this home. The members of Peach Properties have a meticulous eye for detail and a vision of style and quality necessary for modern day reconstruction and restoration. I have a beautiful view of Medford and the Tobin Bridge from my front porch. The convenience in location is an added bonus. I have lived here for over 8 months and I can honestly say my Heath Street condo is truly a rare find.
