"I spent an entire day viewing more than 15 Somerville condos and the unit I ended up buying was the first one I saw. From the moment I walked into the units at 108 Heath Street, I knew I had found something special.  Heath Street became the benchmark for every other condo I viewed from that point on.  Peach Properties did a magnificent job of creating a new and modern condominium while still managing to keep the classic, original features that bring warmth and make it feel like a home. The original hardwood floors, woodwork, and the built-in hutch are just some of the original features that preserve the character of 108 Heath Street. The bathroom has beautiful marble flooring, a deep, marble-topped sink, and sliding clear-glass doors on the shower.  I love to cook and when I walked into the kitchen I was sold.  It has new hardwood flooring, new light-stained wood cupboards with trim, a small area off the side with new washer, dryer, and wine refrigerator (which I love).  All new GE appliances in the kitchen including:  refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and deep steel sink.  The black, sleek, granite countertops are also a great compliment to the quality of the kitchen.  The Heath Street units were remodeled by Peach Properties with the attitude that they were moving their family into this home.  The members of Peach Properties have a meticulous eye for detail and a vision of style and quality necessary for modern day reconstruction and restoration.  I have a beautiful view of Medford and the Tobin Bridge from my front porch.  The convenience in location is an added bonus.  I have lived here for over 8 months and I can honestly say my Heath Street condo is truly a rare find.
